Lady Iolanta

Please tell me - I just started playing this map... Do I need to catch and kill the scout? Or what should I do with him? At first, I rushed in immediately, and he killed me... I had to start over. Now I've added more troops... And what should I do?
Added after 1 hour 52 minutes
In general, I was killed on the 3rd week... Maybe I chose the wrong tactic? I always took experience... And I didn't have time to build angels... How can I build them in the 1st week? Or the 2nd?
