The "Tears" map is a standard one: initially, there's a Knight and an army on a cliff, and then everything gradually gets cleared out, resulting in the current picture, as seen in post 200 of this thread (author: Avariya): the "tear" itself is on a blue background with branches.
As for the second "tear" location, I'll try to find it. (I'm currently playing through the campaign on a different computer.) So, the "tear" is located directly under the crystal that adds +1 to knowledge, near the town? I'll try to look for it.
