How do I complete the final mission playing as Roland?

I remember when I was playing, I captured a Dungeon castle, which was located roughly in the middle of the map, and it had a Combat Dungeon and a Magic Guild, maybe around level 5. Then I gathered about 15 of them and wiped everyone out, although it took me about 4-5 months.
