Do not buy the pirated version!

Yes, but not all licenses allow you to install the English version, while pirated copies have everything.
I agree, but tell me, what do you prefer: one good version or two with bugs? Of course, if you're lucky, there won't be any bugs, but the translation will remain as in WhiteSmitt's example! I think few people are interested in such games. And since most people know English, they can buy the English version and play online. And most importantly, without bugs! ;) ;) :D :D :D :D
