Who has hairier legs: hobbits or dwarves?

dwarves are stocky and bearded.
gnomes are smaller, of average build, they have large (rather long) noses, and in D&D, their preferred class is wizard (illusionist) or bard. In Arcanum, gnomes are merchants, while dwarves are blacksmiths.
