I vote for Koteika (please specify in the rules that votes should be highlighted), because he is the most suitable candidate for this nomination. He is not rude, he doesn't insult anyone, he makes funny jokes, and overall he is a nice guy, and most importantly, he is not stupid and doesn't annoy me. Kindness just radiates from him.
