What war is there without diplomacy?! What are you talking about?! Diplomacy is more than half of any real war! It is through diplomacy that wars are won, and it is through it that it is possible to gather forces superior to the enemy. How would the USSR have fought against Germany without military and material assistance from the allies? And how would Cortes, with his hundred soldiers, have conquered the multi-million state of the Aztecs? Only through diplomacy.
Yes, diplomacy is an art, but in Heroes it creates an imbalance :D when it is applied, just as in real life, because one can argue a lot about what would have happened if the Turks in 1942 had actually done what they had agreed with Hitler, this is a prime example of diplomacy.... :) therefore, I think its ban is CORRECT ;)
