America shouldn't be feared – it's far away. Yes, it needs our resources, but China needs our land. On Chinese maps, all the lands up to the Urals are considered a Chinese province. And it's not America that should be feared, it's not America that should be fought against. I also support a monarchy, but a Soviet-style monarchy. Soviets are the best democratic body. Elections are held based on a production principle, and there is the right to recall deputies. It's also possible not to gather a single body – instead, organize an online meeting for all deputies. This way, they won't be separated from their voters and will continue to work at the same enterprises. And the monarch will rule according to the principle of sobornost, as it was in pre-Petrine Russia. That's when there was true democracy.
