The Cyclops surprised me – it's very disproportionate, one arm is many times larger than the other.
This is called perspective; one arm is further "away from us," which is why it looks smaller. So, it's safe to say that its arms are "normal," and there isn't "one that's bigger and one that's smaller."
The main thing is that they transferred two very interesting features from Heroes 5 to Heroes 6, namely the laser and the ability to break walls, which is very pleasing.
