Roads are fast, no Dragon Utopia found.
At respawn 4 crypts (2 are blocked by 20+ orc chieftains), the other 2 I took on 112.
On 112 I broke into the metro (halberdiers and dwarf warriors), on 113 I took Inferno.
3 Griffin Conservatories found, 1 Hive.
Marksmen were melting; by 114 only 7 marksmen remained out of 20.
On 115 I bought 2 Efreeti, on 117 I placed cavalry in the citadel.

122. Town portal purchase, medusas at 8.
123. +1 angel (remaining Griffin Conservatories scouted — both level 2), secondary swamp (from there a long road to the opponent).
124. +2 angels (lost the cavalry and half the archers :()
125. +2 angels, +12 wyverns.
126. I'm heading to the opponent; should have broken the chain, but miscalculated :(
Opponent takes 1 scout from me.
127. I take 2 scouts from the opponent. I take the opponent's Rampart (1-5 in the castle), see a Dragon Utopia behind the mountain, a scout finds a passage, I go there.
In the swamp, I place wyverns.

131. The opponent doesn't break the chain and leaves via a road I don't know. I bring growth: cavalry, swordsmen, pikemen, wyverns. There are also 12 dendroid soldiers in the Rampart, which will help in the Dragon Utopia. Mephala stands before the Dragon Utopia guard.
But Kyrre (1 angel, 10 pegasi, 40 grand elves, 80 centaurs) takes the Rampart with unclaimed growth (including, most annoyingly, 14 grand elves).
And a hired hero, taking 1 angel, takes 2 scouts from me.
132. I take the level 2 Dragon Utopia (ГО, КВ, +1 all, +3+3 att def). Kyrre is in the castle with 47 grand elves, 102 centaurs, 15 pegasi, and dwarves.
Perhaps I should have cast Dimension Door to the well, replenished mana, then cast Fly and attack. But I spend 2 mana on Vision and as a result don't have enough for Dimension Door, and I don't want to attack with no mana. Town Portal to the swamp.
Having found a Dragon Utopia (via a scout on the opponent's respawn!!!), I finally understand the structure of the road network :)
133. Kyrre runs off somewhere.
I take back the opponent's capital, he surrenders.
