And that's all. Nothing is said about an age limit. Nothing is said about time spent on HeroesWorld. Nothing is said about not being allowed to participate a second time either. Novice is a player's status and skill. First and foremost. And only then how long they have been playing online. Remember the excellent classification of all players by KostyaN. Again, it's not for you and me to decide who the organizer will accept and who they won't, right? Maybe this Vegtam has been playing Heroes V for two years, but he's only starting to grasp Heroes III. Then he is a novice.
Why are you drawing your own conclusions? There is no description. In the organizers' opinion, this is not a description. A description is when it matches what is written. But here everyone can make up their own mind as they wish. I imagined it one way, and you imagined it another, but in the end it will be however the organizer understands it.
