"Newcomer-2011. Winter"

I suggest not allowing anyone with more than 40 posts to participate in the Competitive tournament: D. They've written so many posts; they're not really newcomers anymore. In my opinion, a true newcomer is someone who, in addition to their time spent online and on the portal, also plays relatively poorly due to a lack of experience (for example, they may have been registered on the portal for a long time but play infrequently due to work, family, etc.), and they play for fun. Their skill level may not improve because they don't have a strong desire to become better at the game, and their focus is on protecting their "front and rear" rather than on the game itself, which they play to relax and have fun (and they're not slow-witted :smile27:). However, they still have the spirit of competition within them. They may not be a newcomer online and may have already participated in tournaments, but they haven't improved. So why shouldn't they be allowed to play in the tournament again if their skill level is the same as that of "newcomers"? :smile26: Rmax - Kinb says that he hasn't reached the level of a newcomer yet, while Kash says that someone has even surpassed that level. So, does being a newcomer also depend on the skill level, and not just the time spent on the portal and online?
