Walkthrough for the "Tribes of the East" expansion.

I can't complete the last map in the Arantir missions. I've placed 4 heroes in their designated spots, but nothing happens. How do I perform the ritual to remove the barrier? I've done everything as instructed. I can't free the hero from the dungeon; all my portals are protected by strong magic. What should I do? HELP!
