Organization of a Moscow qualifier.

There are rumors that you are not planning to hold a qualifying tournament...

This is not good.

If there are no organizers or difficulties with the venue, then at least hold a qualifying tournament online.

Please provide an update on the situation:
- who wants/can participate in the tournament (club/online)?
- who wants/can organize the tournament (club/online)?

We need to figure something out here; it's not right to leave the capital without representation at the CIS championship.
