By “programmatically,” I meant using the database and source code of this resource. It’s a shame that it’s only for tournaments. Others who aren’t ready for tournaments or didn’t have time to register for them would also be interested in playing for a rating. For example, you could create Seasonal games like in Heroes of Might and Magic III. The rules wouldn’t take long to create. And there would be no fewer people interested than in the tournaments: new players regularly appear who want to play online...
And it seems like there’s some kind of rating on the site now. At least there was one for 2009.
