Enchanted Arrow is a great thing... Especially with Meteor Shower!

Have you tried it? I tried to enchant an arrow following all the instructions, but nothing happens! It just results in a wasted turn! I select the Enchanted Arrow, then click on the desired attack spell - the turn passes to the next in the initiative order! I thought it would take effect on the next turn during a normal hero attack, but nothing like that happened! Just a normal hero shot! This Enchanted Arrow doesn't show any effect at all during the entire battle!:confused:
