I suggest adding the Heroes 4 Faction!

Of course, you can, but instead of heroes, you can use heroes from the campaigns. Or balance it with neutral creatures. Or set it to 2 levels – 1 monster from the castle. The one with more HP wins, and the hero who appeared in the next expansion wins.
