A very interesting version with the Registry and the toffee, and most importantly, it's convincing; there's nothing to criticize, and it doesn't resemble the Barbarian. As for the tea, I think it simply indicates a relaxed atmosphere, serving as a description of the situation rather than a clue. And frankly, if a newspaper had the following:

it wouldn't look very good. Although tea is also mentioned in the newspaper's title, I doubt the GM would give the same clue both in the title and in the newspaper itself. I'm voting against the Registry, although my vote won't change anything now.
