Ideally, by the time of the second uprising, there should be humans, demons, necromancers, as well as mages, elves, and so on. Only dwarves appear later when they start dividing territory with the Tribes of the East. But they definitely won't add everyone at once, otherwise, there will be no one left for the expansions.
