Please upload the replay. Advice for the Demon: I think Light magic will be better than Dark magic. On the first turn, use Haste (Sharp Mind) tactic, Boots of Speed, Aura of Speed. If you choose Dark magic, why take Dark Regeneration? Knowledge gives you a lot of mana, so a Sar-Iss staff is better. Scattershot can only hinder ranged units from attacking, but Unicorns, Nymphs, Dragons, and Dancers will reach their targets without problems and wipe out half the army. That's just my opinion.
