Basically, you need a Darkness hero with Mind Control, Subjugation, and Dark Regeneration (essential, as it affects unicorns). Logistics -> Sorcery, if the opponent definitely won't run away from you. Although you can keep Logistics and take "Sharp Mind" to cast the spell faster. Artifacts of Death, as mentioned above, are definitely not superfluous. And if you also have a Ring of Speed and Dragon Armor, that's even better. You can try this approach.
