At 111 in the Tavern Brone with 5 Crocodiles, Monere pops up behind him. I scout a double with the View Lens at 1.2 hexes from the Castle. I decide not to take it until 113, so the opponent doesn't restart :)

I take the Castle and due to the peculiarity of the HD mod, after transferring troops Monere runs to the corner of the map for the entire turn, instead of a scout hero :mad: :mad: :mad:

I wanted to place horses both here and there, but I was short on cash, I fended off what I could, in the end 1234.6+Citadel in the main and 1234 in the secondary. At 117 I break through to the other side of my spawn, take an external dwelling of Crusaders there.

Then I start buying up somehow, bit by bit, while Monere is smoking near the guard of the next spawn, waiting for troop deliveries from several sides. Had no money for the Mage Guild at all, traded all the resources I could.

Then I beat 18 Berserkers with a Magic Shield for a Pandora's Box of 10k gold, lose 2 horses + the existing army's attrition :( I bring up as many Crusaders as I can and jump into the Griffin Conservatory without checking, it turns out to be a double with a Magic Shield. Minus another horse and 2 Crusaders.

I dive into the portal, see below a Dragon Fly Hive + Vampire's Cloak behind many horses — decide not to fight, and up top I didn't have time to see the free Pandora's Boxes, so I returned and attacked Wystan.
