A Thief, following the rules, can plant evidence on the murderer. If he saw that Kyle was the murderer, he could replace his evidence with his own or plant additional evidence so that we would definitely hang him.

1) reveals the role of the murderer if he observes him at the moment of committing the crime or his victim
2) can replace the evidence planted at the crime scene by the murderer with his own (even with very light evidence); if the murderer does not use additional evidence, the thief can also plant his own (i.e., the main thing is that there are not immediately three pieces of evidence).
