The map is a fixed map. I don't see any reason why it shouldn't be generated in the SoD. Of course, there are some nuances.
If you generate an 8x6 map and load it as a fixed map, it doesn't become a fixed map. There's no need to mislead people.
As for playing on SoD, the lack of a native ground bonus in the dungeon is not the biggest inconvenience. For example, the fixed map "Mirror Planes," built on the same principle, was played that way because there was no script to correct the bonus.
The problem is that synchronization of objects, such as the contents of hives and dungeons, which is done by scripts, is impossible on SoD. And that's no longer a "mirror" map.
