Not necessarily. In the event of the paladin's death, the ranger becomes a maniac. Maybe he was trying to kill the Dark Knight (a piece of a black cloak)? As I understand it, if he became a maniac, he will only start killing the next night (because he couldn't choose a victim before that)?

Yeah, Kyle's avatar has a real fiery mushroom) you can't make that up.

Okay, I'll go through the other NPCs. Happy had a brewer come and gave the poor girl a drink. We've dealt with Dariel's defense, but they were probably checking on Kyle...

A fragment of a blade lay nearby, and even further from it was a piece of cheap paper, on which were depicted Bronde and a giant fiery mushroom against their background. On the other side of it was some text in an unknown language.
In my opinion, this is evidence, possibly even two. If the blade can be attributed to Hosa's role, then the piece of paper is evidence, but it has two sides, which either indicates planted evidence or a thief who dropped his and implicated someone, especially since I don't see the thief's move in the newspaper, which means he was most likely following Hosa (maybe the one who killed Hosa)
