Their actual strength depends on the hero's level and magic level.
Phoenix parameters:
HP = 300 + 30 * SP
MinDamage = 10 * SP
MaxDamage = 15 * SP
Attack = 10 + 2 * Hero's Level
Defence = 10 + 2 * Hero's Level
Initiative = 15
Speed = 7
