Discussion about the INFERNO faction – Demons and Devils.

I have a question regarding obtaining the Urgash's Call super ability: I was leveling up a hero using the 3.0 skill wheel, and I already had Expert Logistics, which includes Pathfinding and Swift Gate Opening. At the next stage, when Sudden Attack should have appeared, I was given the choice between Scouting and Death Stride instead. As a result, I couldn't reach the super ability. Am I doing something wrong, or should I have been leveling up different skills?
