Worshipper – “Conquest” [Campaign 2, Mission 3]

Just lower the difficulty and play through it...

I mean, play through it. Play through past this monster or play through the scenario? I've already tried on easy – he still has a huge army. And he doesn't seem to want to give it to anyone :(
