It actually does depend.

Take, for example, a Pandora with a hive behind storm barriers. On a starting respawn, it falls within the 10K-15K range; subtract the hive (9K) and you get a range for the Pandora of 1K-6K — that is, small change, not even reaching 5K experience (6500) (though in practice, it can still drop).

But if it's a treasure zone, then we fall into the 10K-20K range, meaning the range for the Pandora becomes 1K-11K — here there are significantly more possibilities.
