Yeah, sorry, I messed up: the enemy just wasn't sailing towards me, and I thought that the green algae also prevented ships from docking, but it turns out that's not the case. :)\

Now, the problem is this: in the dungeon, where the passage guardian stands on the water, the boots of teleportation don't seem to be helping much: he just won't approach the guardian... I'm desperate. :(\

But overall, the map is great! I've set myself a goal to find that hidden stash with the uber-artifacts, no matter what. But for now, it's tough. :)
