I haven't tried summoning phoenixes yet; what's their actual strength? In one game, 20 neutral phoenixes joined my army, and they were wiping everyone out. Their initiative, attack, and health are just incredible. As for dragons, they seem a bit weak. I haven't encountered any yet that are as powerful as the black dragons in Heroes of Might and Magic IV.
