always, if a harpy can reach the ballista but not the warriors, it will simply block the ballista! Just move behind the harpies and eliminate the remaining stacks. /in SoD, the ballista has infinite ammunition, while in TE it only has 24 shots./

P.S.: in 1 out of 1000 cases (it happens), there are deranged harpies that attack the ballista (which sometimes leads to the ballista being destroyed).
