I've offered Alessandro to play so many times, and each time he replied that he was drunk or "under the influence." Alcoholism is a serious disease.
In general, it's surprising to see the attitude of such people who try to justify or downplay their vile and low actions (and watching streams can't be called anything else) by saying that they were "drunk."
