In my opinion, Rimpel blatantly violated the rules by digging up the Grail on the 5th day of the game.
He should be banned for that. :)

The rules for the world state:
5.15. The Grail can be dug up after 5 weeks of the game.

Everything is correct. Until the new rules come into effect, and it is unknown whether there will be any changes regarding the Grail, it is not allowed to dig it up in the first 5 weeks.
This case is very telling - digging up the Grail, especially so early, will almost always raise suspicions. Technically, there is nothing complicated here - the snowy zone is the only one on the map, and it's not reasonable to spend more than three attempts on the three obelisks.
