In my opinion, the fourth faction isn't from "Heroes of Might and Magic V", but from the entire series.

If it's Orcs, then yes... In general, LaBoule said that the fourth faction has 5 units that were in "Heroes of Might and Magic V", one of the old units, and one new unit. The champion will remain the same.
