Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

There was a case, a long time ago, under the old Chaos rules :)
I don't remember who was playing, I didn't even see it myself, but I'm passing it on as I heard it (maybe someone will read this and recall the people involved))):

supposedly a noob was standing in the chain, and he didn't need to go anywhere at all that day
so they just dug it up for the heck of it -- the Grail, of course! :D :D

and since the game was in the club, there were no complaints..... well, as for cases when the computer dug up the Grail, stuck it in its own town (including Conflux and Tavern), and then died, gifting it to one of the players -- those actually bring back several memories :cool:
