Who thinks that an army is unnecessary?

That's not what I meant! The Americans are secretly more cunning than the Jews; they will build a stronger army than the rest of the world combined (as they are number one in military spending!) with all sorts of cool technologies, and then the world is doomed! The Americans will rule! Plus, the following factors hinder unification: 1) Unification would require choosing a common currency, which few would agree to (e.g., everyone using the Euro or the dollar as currency). 2) A common language would have to be chosen (another dispute, just like with the currency). 3) A leading city and a leader would have to be chosen (another dispute – those who were previously from a certain nation will shout that their leader is the leader of the world!).

The Americans will not build an army to enslave the world. Villain, do you have paranoia? It's all nonsense. The Americans are only building up their army for peacekeeping purposes and to fight against terrorism. As for a common currency, I think few would be against creating a single global currency. That would be so convenient! There will be disputes about the city, but that's not critical. And the President of Earth will, of course, be elected by universal suffrage, and most likely it will be a supercomputer (to avoid a situation where each nation votes for its own candidate). And his deputies in the regions and continents will already be elected based on the preferences of nationalities. But entry into countries will be free. There will be a common police force and a minimum number of armed forces to contain extremism.
