Who thinks that an army is unnecessary?

An army for the masses. It's needed, but it's not worth joining; 95% of the guys there are complete losers.

Whether they're losers or not isn't the point. And also, why did everyone decide that power in the world government would be concentrated in the hands of Americans? That's ridiculous. Most likely, the center will be located somewhere in The Hague. That's where the President of Earth will be based. And the other continents will be governed by local officials. But the main point is that we will move towards a single economy, a single currency, and uniform standards. Then life will be much easier. And there will be one army for everyone – an army of Earthlings. Naturally, it will consist only of people who want to serve there. Just think of how many benefits there would be! The threat of a world war will be eliminated forever, everyone will become kind and cultured, disagreements will disappear, and the standard of living will increase immeasurably.
