Interesting cover :). But there are four of them. In the very foreground, most likely, is a knight, and next to him is a demon lord. Behind the men are two girls with green eyes. One of them is a necromancer. Who is the second one? I don't think the orc option is likely ;).

In the third version, these are the ones riding, yes.
Judging by the bright green eyes, Anastasia will indeed be an elf.

Morning, note that I didn't say that ;). But I agree. With green eyes, she doesn't even look like a sorceress :).

And regarding languages: besides Polish, Czech is also very similar to Russian. Although it might be the other way around (Russian is similar to Czech). For example, the word "sedadlo" doesn't require translation :).
