Hi everyone. :)
Now this is what I call a tournament! With all the save/loads, the map is cleared in 4 hours max, of which 1 hour is lag from playing sounds :)
I'm happy with the result :) (although I haven't finished yet, the blue computer is left)
And now for a bit of history:
1. On the second day, I took down the centaurs without losses.
A small lyrical digression: In HoMM 1, various bonuses, damage amounts, etc. in battle are (RND), meaning random, which implies that by reloading and performing all the same actions as in the previous battle, the result is completely different. (This is why, essentially, there was a multiplayer problem in the first version, unless it was HotSeat). I'm mentioning this because after playing the same battle 10 times, I kept losing one orc, but once it happened that 2 stacks of centaurs shot so weakly that the orc managed to withstand the shot of one more stack (albeit of 2 centaurs) and didn't die. Similarly, when attacking castles, I had to reload up to 20 times so that the catapult would smash the wall exactly where needed and in the minimum number of hits. But more on that later.
2. On the third or beginning of the fourth day (I don't remember anymore), I took down the dwarves (also without losses). Meanwhile, a fast hero (warlock with 1 gargoyle) went to scavenge resources near the thieves.
3. On the fifth day, the white village was taken (loss of 1 centaur). Before this, I gave all centaurs except 1 to the warlock. I attacked. I used gargoyles (3 of them) to protect the orcs, so the sprites naturally rushed the centaur and beat him to a pulp. But about 30 goblins took revenge for them. Then the orcs shot down the remaining dwarves.
4. I had to load an autosave several times because a very cheeky computer with a few elves, orcs, and goblins kept killing the gargoyles at the crossing. After the 3rd reload, it crashed against them, which suited me fine. :) (I hope this isn't cheating? :) )
5. Basically, after that, I pinched those same gargoyles and went to take the white castle. On the way, some white Knight with basic troops was buried.
6. As I approached the castle, a strong hero unexpectedly jumped out of it and ran past me to an empty village.
7. Taking the opportunity, I take the white castle. I'm left with twenty thieves and about twenty goblins. Time is somewhere in the middle of the second week.
8. The computer came to its senses and returned with the hero that had slipped past.
9. I was ready for this, so I bought a little book and 1 elf, 1 druid, 1 sprite. After the battle, 18 goblins remained.
10. Well, now I can take a breather. I've occupied an excellent castle with Lightning and Unicorns. The fast warlock runs to this castle; in the home castle, a second barb takes the stonemason (loss of 2 wolves) and builds trolls. (They turned out to be the most useless troops, as they didn't participate in a single battle!!! :) :) But I plan to send them against the blue computer).
11. The main barb takes the remaining troops in the white castle (18 goblins, 2 druids, 1 sprite, 6 elves, 1 unicorn) and goes diagonally down towards the red Knight.
12. Here's another interesting point. The second week ended and the stash with archers was replenished. If you go to the red one past this stash, then... nothing, but if you bypass it, this bird-brain runs as fast as he can to grab 4 archers(!!!) abandoning his castle, which is what I'm trying to take advantage of.
13. However, 17 pikemen remain in the castle, and their defense, let me tell you...!!!! In short, I reloaded about 30 times, but I took the castle!!! :) 5 goblins left. If you're interested, I can write about it.
14. Whew... A blue landing party and blue infantry attack the white castle, but the warlock, who by this point has spell power 4 and knowledge 3, easily handles them.
A red devil with 6 genies and about 20 nomads flies into the just-captured Knight castle!!! (reminder, my hero has 5 goblins left).
15. I had to save/load again and dig up 2 warlocks (the red castle also had Lightning Bolt and, most importantly, Slow). I bought 2 kamikazes, who, having 1 centaur, 1 gargoyle, and 1 goblin each, attacked the hero with genies. Just blasting them with lightning immediately is inefficient, because only 1 genie dies from one hit, and the computer kills the gargoyle on the first turn and the second turn cannot be made. I had to slow the genies first (Blind doesn't work, as the computer immediately casts Dispel Magic and the genies fly as if nothing happened, so you can't cast Blind on the second turn either). In total, it turns out to be 4 turns (-3 genies) and 4 turns with the second warlock, also -3 genies. As for the remaining nomads, the barb dealt with them in the castle.
16. I stayed in the castle until the next week, as there were no troops, money, or buildings in this castle (only archers, peasants, and pikemen). I built swordsmen. Every turn, 2 computers would run up and crash against me.
17. That's it. The 4th week began, I bought the crew, and went right-up. Everything else is just a matter of technique. But this is where the real annoyance starts. The computer, the pest, starts scattering in different directions and you have to chase it.
18. Further attempts by the blue computer to take the sorcerer's castle from my Warlock.
19. That's all. Deep night fell and Zingel went for a half-hour walk outside, and then to bed.
Presumably, another month of running through the desert and sailing to the blue one.
If anyone has questions - go ahead! :) I'll be happy to answer :)
P.S. I don't know any cheat codes, I've seen about 30% of the map, this is my second attempt (the first time I crashed against the white castle and gave up). And now it's working out quite smoothly. :)
Good luck everyone! :)

I forgot to mention, about 30 pikemen tried to join me, I refused them because I wasn't sure about the rules.
So, how is it? Is it permitted to let the crew join? :)
