Ghosts have already changed genders.

Peasant - It doesn't make any difference whether you change the gender or not.
Goblin - I would be interested in seeing that, hehe.
Centaur - I like this option.
Fairy - It would be better if they made male incubi instead of male fairies. But just for fun, I want to see this.
Archer - There's already a male one.
Orc - I also like this option; it's not only interesting but also funny.
Gargoyle - I was just trying to prove to Morny that they change genders... And if not, a statue is still a statue, even in Ashan.
Dwarf - This is also an interesting option.
Griffin - How? HOW??? How can you determine the gender of an animal based on the in-game model???
Elf - The most cliché option is a busty elven archer.
Swordsman - Only if they introduce charming female swordsmen in armored bras as neutral units.
