I think that the Naga are still an unresolved issue. I have a feeling that the developers might create a fifth race that will shock everyone.
Now about the Dwarves. Of course, no faction should consist of creatures of only one race. Three squads of Dwarves + some snow beasts (white bears would be a good option), lava dragons, and they could indeed be called Salamanders :). Just not a level 4 Ghoul :D. [/COLOR]
There were plenty of hints about the Naga... Although, who knows. Maybe they will introduce the "Ghoul" race :D.
And Haven? Magma Dragons -> Salamanders, Yetis, bear riders, priestesses of Arcomage, Teyns (historically, they are the closest relatives of Dwarves), harpooners, Rukh.
