Sacred Haven of Debauchery

There was this strange movie on TV. A girl is sitting in a room, and people come down to her from time to time. A woman feeds her some kind of porridge-like gruel, which the girl can't eat and spits out, after which the woman beats the prisoner. Then a big man comes down and just beats the girl. Then they cut her hair, and then shaved her completely. They even wiped her with a wet sponge, as if washing her. This went on for quite a while, and the girl completely lost her attractiveness. Terrible bruises on her face, a split lip, and so on. Then they took her to the upper floor; she was almost unconscious. They fastened her in some kind of rotating device, and a man took out a scalpel or something I couldn't see, and they cut all the skin off the girl, except for her face, I think. But unfortunately, I missed that part because I was changing channels. Then I turned it back on when she was already without skin, but still alive. I don't know what happened after that because I stopped watching. I didn't really like all of this. And yes, there were no words in the movie, at least during the 15-20 minute period I watched.
