I would like to share my opinion on the issue of punishment for insults. I wrote in the "moderation questions" section about my vision of the issue of punishing users for insults, and I believe that a vote by authorized individuals (in this case, moderators) on the issue of permanently banning individuals whose goal in being on the Resource is not to discuss the game, but to insult users, would be the right approach. That is, in the case of systematic insults (with a record of violations being kept), a vote would be held, and the moderators of the section where the user posts would, with a majority of votes "for" a permanent ban, petition the Creator to permanently ban the user. I do not think it is necessary to assign points. Although the message is deleted, there is always the possibility to return to the deleted message, and when, as I hope, what I wrote above is implemented, it can be included as compromising material against the user to resolve the issue of a permanent ban.
