All game-related questions should be directed through the ubi.com server.

Who knows why a game profile isn't being created (even though it exists on Uplay), but it can't be viewed in the game (Heroes of Might and Magic). It says (H\D), and experience isn't being awarded, even though a significant number of games have already been played. What's the problem?
