Too bad I don't read Wicca's posts – probably this "nobleman" has come up with another brilliant idea that "the commoners" like me (in his opinion) wouldn't be able to grasp.

In this case, Wicca's point of view coincides with mine. Without a bet, this match is just pointless and nobody needs it. The bet is precisely what's meant to determine who's the best.
