You can romance Aerie (as well as Jaheira and Viconia), and in Throne of Bhaal, she can even have a child if you play long enough (the Paladin will want to baptize the child, the Druid can be the midwife, etc.). I'm not sure what class is required (maybe any race will do, I don't know). Also, a bard-tiefling can romance her, and you'll meet him later. Just so you know. Anomen wants to join the Order of Paladins, and his quest will help him do that (by the way, a female protagonist can romance him). Regarding the similarities, I read comments about him.
