Heroes 6 - Discussion

It's nonsense – all these games are played on maps created in the editor. I've said it a thousand times, and I'll say it another hundred thousand times if necessary. I just can't understand how anyone can play the same map more than once (and many people play it dozens of times). Everything is known down to the millimeter: where the necessary artifact is located, the optimal route to the opponent's castle is determined, the number and type of monsters guarding the passages to the areas with the greatest treasures are known, and a battle strategy has been developed for each unit... It's very engaging, in my opinion. Precise calculation. Mathematics, not a game. Or chess. Maybe it would be better to play chess or do mathematics instead of this game? Well, mathematics is the queen of sciences, but it doesn't hold any surprises – it's just elementary, routine work. Like finding a derivative. Elementary, but tedious and lacking any creativity (which can't always be said about finding an integral). I personally prefer more creative work. And this kind of game is nonsense and resembles some kind of match. If you want a match, it's better to play NHL or FIFA (at least, that's what I do). Although, what am I talking about? Who here even knows what football is? Only a few.
