When will the playoffs be?

There are 2 possible scenarios:
1. In group "B", the top 2 teams will be determined early, and the playoffs can start immediately.
2. According to the regulations:
"...Round 4 - by November 25
Round 5 - by December 9"
We'll wait until the matches in group B are played (there's still time), and December 10th is the deadline for announcing the playoffs.
