On turn 117, instead of placing birds, I bought Gunnar – he's perfect for slow-paced gameplay.
On turn 2, I found a hidden stash of bears, but I didn't take them with goblins – I didn't have enough gold to buy them. In the middle of turn 3, I entered the opponent's dungeon through the metro. Just for fun, I set up a portal – there were bears (and also hidden dogs and goblins), and just then Valya was heading there and didn't make it to the village before the portal closed. On turn 141, there was another bear – I didn't want to abandon my units, but I couldn't take it. I calculated the possible losses – it would be a trade, but I could take 2 bears and replenish my mana twice as fast. Carefully, I bought units from the previous week to avoid a red rush. From the start, angels attacked archers – in response, mass haste, horses, and "pokemon" units took down the angels and caused some unpleasant shooting, but the birds and dogs still managed to reach the defense – I paid a ransom. The losses were both angels and 2 runners. With 7 bears, I could have solved serious problems, but the opponent surrendered on the next turn.
